Beach + Ocean Park + Parking

Great location. The place had lots of thoughtful touches. If you like a firm mattress, this place is for you. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels as well as the gated parking.

Perfect place for a San Juan based travel around Puerto Rico. Positive: The location is outside but close to San Juan, the sea and parks. Private parking for my rental car was a bonus. In the appartment a corner for dining and place for some "office work". Cozy decoration inside. Negative: I like having coffee on a balcony that I missed a little bit. But I understand this place didn't have. Since Ocean Park is a closed community sometimes you have to walk/drive around too much to get to the only entry point.

Very responsive host. This location is so close to an incredibly nice beach. We had fun here!

Great stay in paradise. Positive: Close to attractions, bed was comfortable, condominium security and gated community, great communication with host Negative: The elevator was intermittently out of service. The condo is not sealed properly to maintain A/C temperature.
