Cozy Beachfront Studio: Pool, Steps to Sand

A nice place to come back! Positive: Loved it! The property has all the essentials to enjoy your stay, great location, safe, beach so near, pool, gym. Washer and dryer. Staff was so friendly, loved it!

Apartment was good but the surroundings let it down Positive: Location on beach was good Apartment ,once inside was spacious and tidy. Negative: Didnt realise it was a separate unit. The access details were not clear resulting in needing help to enter the unit from the security guard. The adjoining condo building was in a state of disrepair and sitting at the swimming pool required "Blinkers" to hide the ugly view! The swimming pool area also needed a little TLC as there were lots of broken tiles. The description of the layout was a little optimistic

Fantastic location and property. highly recommend Positive: location was within walking distance of a ton of bars and restaurants. great pool and great beach access. room was clean and suited all of our needs. Negative: only improvement would be on site parking.

Run far away! Unsafe and not secured property Positive: The price Negative: The property windows didn't lock, and we felt unsafe. When we called the management company to inquire, we were told that the windows have been like that for 5 years, no one has ever complained, and that is just the way it is. I asked if the window issue was in the contract and that was advised it was not. It is the responsibility of the management company to ensure the safety of their property and guests.
