Excelente ubicación para disfrutar la playa. Positive: El espacio y ubicación es excelente. Me gusto que estuviera en una comunidad con seguridad y tranquila. La playa estaba a 3 minutos caminando. La playa cercana es excelente.

Four days packed with adventure and this stay gave me peace and quiet to recover for next day. Positive: It was clean, safe and very close to the beach. Everything I needed was within walking distance and the parking for my rental vehicle was also very safe. Negative: N/a

Perfekt, wenn man am Strand in San Juan wohnen möchte. Positive: Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir sind jeden Morgen im Meer baden gegangen und haben auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt. Wir hatten das Apartment wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen ausgesucht, um nach der Ankunft nicht so weit fahren zu müssen und haben nicht damit gerechnet, dass es so eine tolle Gegend ist. Nach Old San Juan ist es auch nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden würden kommen.

Perfect - very hard to beat. Positive: The location was great: steps away from the beach, close to the life of calle Loiza but with enough distance from it that it's quiet at night. The balcony gives you a great quiet private space to relax in the mornings and late at night with views of both the city and the beach. The apartment itself is very clean, neat, and well kept - facilities (bathroom and kitchen) are also modern and in great condition. The host also provides beach chairs and towels which was extremely convenient. The host is also very responsive if you have any questions before / during / after your stay. Will definitely be back! Negative: My only complaint is about the neighborhood gating system - what would be a 5 minute walk during the day can turn into a 25 minute walk at night because most gates to enter Ocean Park close after 6:30pm except the one furthest west. Still, Lyfts are super cheap and the walk at night is calm, peaceful, and beautiful frankly.

Enjoyable and worth to stay Positive: I loved the cleanliness, the location (next to the beach), the neighborhood and the views from the 8th floor.
