KASA Cristo 6 OLD SAN JUAN Bi Level w/ ROOFTOP AC WIFI KITCHEN

Positive: La ubicación perfecta, silencioso , la cama comodisima, salón amplio y cocina bien equipada. Buen aire acondicionado Negative: Las escaleras de subida al dormitorio y a la terraza eran bastante estrechas.

General the stay was good however, the property needs some minor maintenance. Positive: The location was good easy access to everything, lovely bed, enough toiletries and towels. Additionally, it was very impressive to meet drinking water in the refrigerator. The cleaner was nice and hospitable in her demeanor. Negative: Access to the rooftop is poor/challenging. In reality a sighting not to behold. It would’ve been lovely to have a half bath on the ground floor… the tiling by the dining table could’ve be better with a rug over it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints! The bed was extremely comfortable, AC was super cool, shower water got hot. The pizza place downstairs did play music very loudly until 10 pm but that’s just part of the experience! Convenient location, close to old San Juan. Super walkable with no issues. Overall we would stay here again! Peter was extremely helpful and quick with communication!

I would absolutely stay here again. Peter and the KASA team were responsive, accommodating, and helpful. Positive: The location was ideal. Walkable to everything, very close El Morro. I also enjoyed being able to sit up on the roof deck to read. Negative: Neither were an issue for me, but the spiral stairs up to the bedroom would be challenging if you have very large luggage, and the kitchen staff at the restaurant downstairs tend to play music quite loud. I was traveling for leisure but it would have been tough if it were a work-from-home situation.
