Positive: Lo cómodo y completo del departamento. La cercanía al supermarket, frente a la playa . Pileta y zona de tumbonas.
Negative: Por fuera en la parte de atrás el edificio está en condiciones ni lindas, lo bueno que lo están arreglando.
