El Sol Beachfront + Pool + Beach + Parking

Week at Kasa El Sol Positive: The place is right by the beach, it's great if you like wind surfing. In this area the waves are rough, but maybe that's all of this side of the island. Since it was my first time in PR I am not familiar with the island. The beach is beautiful, there's a great pool but it closes at night. A gym, washer and dryer in the room. Everything you need is there for your stay. Negative: The condo is facing the morning ☀️ 🌞 it has a glass door with white curtains. It was like waking up with a spotlight 🔦🔦💡 shining down on you. and the room gets 20 degrees warmer. ***Thankfully they did change the curtain to a darker color to prevent most of the sun from shining inside the windows.🙏🏽 I did suggest blackout curtains to prevent all light and save with energy. The door should also be changed to assist with light. I can't sleep with bright light entering the room. As a heads up When you request Uber you need to send a message to the driver that your inside the condo complex to enter the gate with the apartment nane. Because they end up on the opposite side of the street or if you don't have luggage you can meet them out on the street, but even then it seems they get confused.

EXCELLENT PLACE Positive: Beachfront Location is walkable to restaurants, shops and Walgreens as well as great pick up spot for day trips Negative: Central located to restaurants and supermarkets and other essential needs. The property is very clean and well maintained pool, gym , game room. Security guards at the gate and the building entrance. The unit was very nicely cleaned organized and provided for everything you need such as beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, sunscreen and hat for ladies. Bathroom so clean and modern European style. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bar soap & liquid hand soap provided. Kitchen was clean and very well maintained and supplied with coffee, paper towels , bottled water. The laundry & dryer unit was very clean and well maintained with detergent & dryer sheets provided.

Good experience Positive: Peter was very awesome. The location was very good. Negative: The gate key was not working.

The apartment was great. Noise in the morning terrible. Positive: Good location. Peter was helpful. Negative: Extreme noise from 3:30-5:00 AM. Refrigerator trucks dropping off products. Construction trucks?
