Positive: The cleaniness Negative: The location! Parking garage is so narrow! Hot water is basically non existent!

Everything was great

My husband and I decided to go to San Juan for a quick get away. The condo's location in San Juan was excellent, making it easy to access transportation like Uber. The condo's beautiful decor and comfort added to the overall positive experience. The prompt response from the owners when we encountered a hot water issue showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction, resolving the issue swiftly. They also provided us with recommendations for fabulous restaurants off the beaten path adding a special touch to our experience and enhancing the overall stay. Their local insights truly contributed to making our time in San Juan memorable. Furthermore, the consistent presence of someone at the entrance of the condo building added an extra layer of reassurance. Knowing there was always someone available for questions or concerns enhanced our overall peace of mind during the stay. Overall, a highly recommended stay!

The condo was extremely comfortable and the location was great - close to a beautiful beach and Old San Juan and a number of restaurants are a short drive or Uber away. The amenities we really appreciated: well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in condo, underground parking, beach chairs, towels, cooler in the closet, constant/competent staff at front desk of the building. We also loved the view from the floor to ceiling windows.
