Positive: It was right in Old San Juan. Everything was close by.
Negative: A lot of stairs to walk up to the room. The water pressure was terrible.

Great Spot!
We stayed here on a work trip and really enjoyed the stay. The location makes walking around very convenient but it is still private enough that the streets aren't loud at night. Great place!

Great location.
Nice place with an awesome location. On third floor with stairs but no problem for us. Great space for family to spread out a bit instead of a hotel.

Positive: There was no breakfast.
The location is the best.
Negative: 1. Not being informed that it requires taking stairs to reach the third floor.
2. There was no hot water for our shower on the last night.
3. The bath room doors and light not being contained in the bathroom.
