Two bedrooms, but would not recommend it.
Positive: Center of the Old San Juan. Nice terrac
Negative: No glass in the windows only solid wood shutters. Limited hot water, Broken shower, Walkup On third floor but the equivalent of 4 floors.

The apartment looks bigger than it is in the photos. The patio is lovely at night. Great location , and the AC was awesome.

Best location in Old San Juan, with a beautiful balcony. Two bedrooms and a big room, fully equipped kitchen. All great! The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no lift, if you have any mobility restrictions.

Positive: It was right in Old San Juan. Everything was close by.
Negative: A lot of stairs to walk up to the room. The water pressure was terrible.

11 days in Old San Juan
Great location in the center of town. Easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The 50 steps up to the apartment gave us good reason to stay out all day. Lots of room, the balcony was a welcome space in the mornings and evenings. Host was easy to reach and responsive.
