Great place, facilities need upgrading! Positive: Good Location. Good size room and very clean. Good shower and amenities. Nice view. Secure bldg. Easy to come and go. Good checkin instructions. Well stocked kitchen. Negative: Was quite a windy area during our stay.. Bed was a bit hard needs soft top cushion. Windows do not close properly so AC on full time. Pool area in desperate need of upgrades! Pool Chairs old and.worn out. There seemed to be construction going on so maybe pool area will be better soon.

The apartment is a long the beach shore which was great and there is an onsitepool. However there was construction next to the pool so you're limited as to where you can sit outside. We had beach towels and chairs and an umbrella in the apartment for our use which was very nice of the owner. The building is an area that is mixed residential and business but very old rundown area and congested with narrow streets. A few places to eat nearby and great food, just wish the environment was better. People are very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself has everything you will need but the bed was not comfortable at all. The mattress was rock hard and the pillows very firm, so we did not sleep very well. We were able to use the laundry room which was nice.
