Pool Beachfront 2 bedroom Condado Beach

The Condado Del Mar building is in a great location and in its day was probably pretty high end. Now, however, the beach-facing facade of the building is literally peeling away and many unusable apartments on that side. Barriers around the pool and beach side of building are not shown in the photos. But pool itself is nice and you can’t beat the ready beach access. Apartment is as shown in photos and very clean. But hot water is intermittent and unpredictable. Can’t use balcony due to water collecting under the ac unit and would be too hot anyway. Bedroom ac units work but just barely. Host was responsive but can’t do anything about the infrastructure issues. If nightly cost better reflected these annoyances I’d have given 5 stars. But it’s not up to this rating at current price (at least for comparable places in May 2025).

Everything was good

All 4 of us had such a good stay at your accommodation at Kasa Royal Palms. It was really well-located within Condado, and within walking distance to Ocean Park, and Santurce and la Placita, as well as a big grocery and plenty of good restaurants, etc. Everything looked like it did in the photos. Thank you too, for fixing the on-demand hot water situation, so quickly and efficiently. Everything that we needed was provided in the Condo. I agreed with a previous tennant that the bed mattresses were extremely comfortable. Comparitively, this condo rental is a great value, especially in consideration of its location, pool and direct beach access. Yes it's a 1960's building, and is showing it's age, but that did not impede our enjoyment of the place, price and location. We would be happy to book with you again, the next time we travel to beautiful and vibrant Puerto Rico.

No hot water. Positive: The convenience of the location was nice. Negative: There was no hot water the entire stay. We had to continuously flip the breaker switch for hot water to work, which only lasted 5 minutes. The couches and decorative linen etc need to be cleaned and the dryer did not work. We booked a place with a washer and dryer with plans to be able to wash our clothes if needed. It was an overall big inconvenience.
