We have water! Balcony Oceanfront + Pool + Beach + Ocean View

100% Staying here again, best trip ever! Positive: I can’t begin to express how great of a stay we had. Starting with the location, it was walking distance from several food and nightlife spots. Some of my favorite food spots were around a 10-13 minute walk away and La Placita was only 15 minutes. Upon arriving, the guard at the door immediately helped us check in as guests to the property & finding our apartment and key was really simple. The AC was helpful at times but it was never super hot in the room. The water pressure was good, temp was good, and the kitchen was especially helpful with all the food we brought back! I can’t comment on the TV because we were out and about so much, but overall the entire room was comfortable, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The pool is HUGE and the beach is just outside the gate & perfect for pictures and sunbathing. Also, I didn’t realize a parking spot was provided, which was the nicest surprise. And there was aloe gel in the fridge and shower/pool towels in the closet & an ironing board: So so so helpful because my boyfriend got the worst sunburn, clothes were wrinkly, and we forgot to pack towels. Onto our host, Peter. He was not only incredibly quick to reply to messages, but kind and accommodating. He is 100% a lifesaver, especially when we got locked out one night 😅. This is a PSA to triple check your rental car before returning it. Ultimately this was the best decision we could’ve made for a stay and we’ve already decided to come back to Puerto Rico again soon, and hopefully stay here again! Negative: Not necessarily dislikes, but just things to keep in mind. There were a few ants but that’ll be most places + they weren’t bothersome. If you’ve done any research, you’ll already know that Condado Beach isn’t a swimming beach, but the pictures you’ll get will be great & the swimmable areas are super close by.

Great spot!! Walking distance to many restaurants!! The beach, just a few steps away and loved hanging out at the pool.The place was super clean and the security staff super awesome. I would deff come back!!Only issue was getting adjusted to locking the sliding door... outside of that, loved it!!

Positive: Apartamento bien ubicado. Cómodo. A un paso de la playa. Con una buena piscina. El anfitrión siempre atento a las necesidades.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean just like in the pictures. The view of the beach was breath taking. Communication with the host was also great. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.
